Seton is located in the southeast of Calgary and strives to be the pulse of the south. Seton was voted the 2020 BILD Calgary’s Best Community of the Year, an award to the city’s most livable communities and best places to call home. Urban Systems facilitated the design and construction of a storm pond and wetland, and brought service to over 1300 lots to date. With a number of school sites and wetland ponds, as well as a mix of residential, multi-family, medical, and commercial zones, Seton’s uniqueness and diversity provides livable and integrated spaces unseen in other communities.
