Urban Systems offers employees competitive compensation and benefits. We are a results and performance based practice. For that reason, financial compensation includes two components: base salary and contingent rewards.
Base salaries are set according to industry benchmarks and are reviewed annually. Increases are dependent on an individual’s increased value to the firm, which is generally linked to ongoing career growth and development.
Contingent rewards are a way of expressing appreciation in a tangible way to those who contribute positively to the well being of the practice. They are based on the overall profitability of the practice as well as on an individual’s success in meeting professional development plan (PDP) targets. Contingent rewards augment an already competitive base pay and are not a substitute for inadequate base pay, nor a substitute for overtime pay. Sharing the fruits of our combined efforts is consistent with our core values – the principle of sharing has always been a big part of what Urban Systems is all about.
