Victoria is located at the southern tip of Vancouver Island. With one of the mildest climates in Canada, it is indeed one of the most cycling, transit and pedestrian-friendly communities in the nation. As the Capital City of British Columbia, Victoria was a natural location for us to open our newest office in the fall of 2011, in order to gain better access and understanding of the Provincial Government which affects all of our communities throughout the province. We are strategically located in the heart of Downtown Victoria in The Yarrow Building (site of the former Victoria Stock Exchange), which provides us easy access to Vancouver via float plane, and within walking distance to the many government offices and amenities located within the core of the City.

Our Victoria office acts as a “beach-head” for company-wide services, with services to Vancouver Island being provided by a core team from both our Victoria and Richmond locations.
